|“The Math Corps stands on the belief that all children have a unique and special greatness within them, and that through hard work, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to learning, combined with the support of a caring family and community, this greatness can be realized.”|
For Parents and Families…
Parents and families hold a special and unique place in the Math Corps philosophy and play an integral role in the success of our students.
Here in the Math Corps program, we believe that the key to student success, more than anything else, is the active involvement of our students’ families. As a result, we respectfully ask and expect that all of our parents/guardians work to uphold the following high standards and expectations that we hold for all of our students:
- We expect every student to attend every day, on time, and prepared to learn.
- We expect every student to have his/her homework completed daily.
- We expect every student to carry herself/himself in a manner that is respectful to all and befitting of students learning at a major university.
